Sports Performance Training Facility for Athletes
 Become a Faster, Quicker, Stronger and more Explosive Athlete by training at our sports performance training facility located in Grand Rapids, MI!
Our Training system

Our system of training helps athletes get better sports specifically by using various methods and training techniques such as:
  • Plyometrics
  • Change-of-direction training
  • Vertical and Horizontal Explosiveness
  • Strength and Explosive Training
We also Utilize a variety of training tools such as:
  • Agility Ladders
  • Bungee resistance cords
  • Medicine Balls
  • Free Weight and Plate Loaded Equipment
  • and More!

 


At Pro Power Training we are affiliated with Nike SPARQ  which are the official training and testing  methods used at Nike sport camps and combines across the country.  All of our athletes receive a FREE SPARQ Rating test which measures an athletes speed, power and agility sport specifically.

Training Programs and Pricing

Small Group Training Programs for athletes (4-10 participants)

Multi-Sport SAQ
Focus of the program is on speed, acceleration, agility, quickness and explosiveness.  Meets two times per week, 60 minutes each session. Athletes work in a small group setting in a program that incorporates the use of speed tools (ladders, bungess, etc.) and sports performance training methods. Includes NIKE SPARQ Testing Evaluation and Online Training program for days when athlete is not training at facility. Meets two times per week.

Training Program availability levels:
Middle School Prep (grades 6-8)
High School Prep (grades 9-12)
Compete Elite (athletes 16-18 who are at an “upper level” of athleticism)

Program cost:
  • 8 sessions $160
  • 12 sessions $216



Multi-Sport Speed-Strength
Focus on the same goals of the Multi-Sports SAQ Program (speed, agility and quickness, etc.) in a small group setting with the added element of strength and power training. 60 minute session is divided in half with 30 minutes on the turf for speed and agility, then 30 minutes in the weight area for strength and power.  Includes NIKE SPARQ Testing Evaluation and Online Training program for days when athlete is not training at facility. Meets two days per week.

Training Program availability levels:
Middle School Prep (grades 6-8)
High School Prep (grades 9-12)
Compete Elite (athletes 16-18 who are at an “upper level” of athleticism)

One-on-One Training Programs Offered

1 on 1 Sports performance Training
Customized sports performance speed, agility, and strength programs for competitive athletes.  Incorporates the use of speed tools (ladders, bungess, etc.) and strength tools (DB’s, barbells, etc.).  Perfect for those athletes with sport specific needs who are looking for exclusive attnetion.  Includes NIKE SPARQ Testing Evaluation and Online Training program for days when athlete is not training at facility. Client and sport specific.  60 minutes per session.

1 on 1 Cross Training (Fitness)
Customized fitness “personal training” program.  Utilizes strength training tools such as free weights, kettlebells, machines, etc. for results.  Geared towards the adult fitness population.  60 minutes per session.


Cost of the above two programs:
  • 8 session package $360
  • 12 session package $480
