When you take to the field for training, "choose your weapons". By this I mean choose training tools such as speed ladders, hurdles, cones etc.
The best way to choose the training tools you want to work with would be to choose based on:
- Training goals that particular session
- Whether your training alone of with a partner
- The amount of drills that can be performed with tool
