Plyometrics forward, lateral and then turn 'n sprint

I think plyo's are a must for explosive training! I also like the act of combining plyo's with sprints for variety and to get a good performance effect. One day in a training session I decided to combine the use of forward plyo's, lateral plyo's and a turn 'n sprint into one drill. Check it out in the vid below.
