Snatch Warm Up

Watch this great technique for warming up with the Olympic Snatch. It has all the elements of:
  • Being Explosive
  • Being smooth
  • Being Multi-Joint
I like the olympic lifts such as the snatches and cleans because in my mind when done effectively, they are super sports specific in how they train the body. Liz Messina (shown below) illustrates how when done explosively, the snatch movement can be vital to sports explosiveness.
