Why train the Core?


The core is what I like to refer to as the "hub" of the body that ties together the upper and lower body, the limbs to the torso and hips. In our athletic actions this is where we ititiate action from as we sprint, jump, shuffle, etc.


Train your core in a variety of ways, with a variety of tools. Train your core as much as you can on your feet, in different planes (front, back, side, of the body).
