lateral crossover
Moving laterally through hurdels and barriers or even just the simple shuffle most times involve keeping body square and feet moving "inline: with one another. On this particuar drill watch the lateral movement combined with the cross over in front of the body. This is a great movement drill, particularly when it comes to the hips! Try it, and if you dont have hurdles, use a set of cones.
