Spring Break Workout


Spring Break workout here in Florida:

Tools: jump rope, High Altitude Training Mask, Kettlebell and Gripads and Fitbit Surge Fitness Monitor.

Workout: 22 minutes rotating between jumps rope, KB swings, body weight push ups, KB 1-legged Squats/forward & reverse lunges. 
.....and it's in the 80's!!
