Plyo Boxes for boosting performance

Adding plyo boxes to your workout does more than just increase your vertical jump. Using plyo boxes in performance training helps athletes become more explosive, increases leg strength, and "first step" reaction.

Plyo boxes come in a variety of sizes, and the types of drills used in conjunction with them range from small jumps, quick/explosive jumps, speed stepping, and one/two legged jump drills.

Plyo boxes can also be combined with other training activities, such as performing a series of jumps or single jump, followed by an explosive sprint. Actions on the box can be performed both forward or laterally.
