hurdle side step, high knees, ladder 2 in 2 out

I always talk about combining drills together in the act of "Combo-ing", going from one action to another. This applies to the use of different tools as well. In this video an athlete not only combines the use of two training tools (ladder and hurdles), but THREE different actions. Check it out and add it to your drills!
