The 6" box is great for training athletic explosiveness---and more

I swear by plyometrics. I think they are fantastic for building athletic explosiveness. In years past I would always gravitate toward using plyo boxes that were high----24 to 36 inches in height typically.

But a few years back I came upon the mini 6" box. Even though it is short in stature, this 6" box proved that you could not only build explosiveness but it allows you to train for quickness and speed too!
