Train to change direction

Who says you can become more agile? It's for sure one of the athletic skills that I believe is trainable. Below is a series of change of direction drills based on the use of cones. Configurations of cone set ups may vary, but focus on body balance, acceleration and deceleration.

Check out the drills, try 'em, then come up with your own sports specific drills.
